Odisha Cabinet to hold discussions on 20 proposals today

Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Cabinet is all set to hold a meeting today afternoon to discuss over 20 proposals chaired by Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik.

Reportedly, the State Cabinet will hold discussions over some key proposals including approval of additional benefits to the staff and employees of new medical college in KBK area.

The Cabinet will also discuss regarding ammendment of recruitment rules of Heath Services employees and restructuring of Enginerring cadres in Agriculture and Energy departments.

According to sources, the proposal of Goods and Services Tax (GST) release of taxation on packaged products will also be discussed during the Cabinet meet.
