New Delhi: Saddening news for youths across the country with recruitment figures indicating hiring top four Indian IT companies has dipped by 43% in the September quarter, sources said.
A total 14,421 students have been hired during the second quarter. Due to slowdown in growth of these companies the hiring process has been depreciated.
During the first six months of the financial year, a total 29,686 students have been hired by IT companies, while compared with last year the figures have downed by 24 percent.
Slow down in hiring is not a surprise incident for Indian IT companies because the productivity has been continuously down in these companies.
The slowdown in performance can be attributed to deteriorating macro-environment.
