Bhubaneswar: The Bhubaneswar Smart City Limited (BSCL) today floated a tender for the construction of a new Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) building including the Intelligent City Operations and Management Centre (ICOMC) at Unit IX
The much-awaited iconic city-based project will cost Rs 67 crore and will be developed in an area of 4.04 acres on engineering procurement construction (EPC) mode.
The Rs 67 crore-structure will have parking in basement, BMC office on lower and upper ground floor, ICOMC facility on first and second floor, third floor with cafeteria and landscaped area with terrace and all the floors above third floor will have BMC offices.
As per the BSCL tender advertisement (RFP), the project will be completed within 24 months after the award of the tender to the selected bidder.
While the tender documents will be available from September 1, the pre-bid meeting will be held on September 17 and the last date of receipt of the bid in web portal is on October 4.
The last date of original documents and earnest money deposit (EMD) is on October 5, while the technical bids will be opened on October 9.
