Brussels: It seems Belgium, otherwise considered as the capital of European Union, is neither perturbed nor down by the massive terror attack of March 22. Keeping up with its crackdown on terror mongers Belgian Police has nabbed three Paris attack suspects from a suburb here, today.
According to information, Belgian Police raided the hideouts of the suspected terrorists in the Uccle suburb in the outskirt of the country’s capital Brussels, today morning. The raid was carried out in the context of the probe that the federal prosecutor opened following the attacks in Paris on November 13. The Paris attack claimed 130 lives whereas hundreds got wounded. The arrested suspected are being interrogated by the police and a decision on their fate would be taken on Wednesday by the investigating judge, informed Belgian police sources.
Worth mentioning, Belgium presumably experienced the wrath of the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) over its arrest of Salah Abdeslam, the prime suspect in last year Paris attack. Abdeslam was shot in the leg before being captured in Brussels just four days before the twin blasts over there. Brussels attack claimed 30.
