Mumbai: Bollywood’s Mr Perfectionist Aamir Khan’s fat to fit video for Dangal has left his fans shocked.
A behind the scenes video tells the story of the actor’s personal experiment with weight. He gained 28 kilos in five months for his wrestler character in the film based on Mahavir Phogat. The film which is directed by Nitesh Tiwari is the journey of Mahavir Phogat and his daughters Geeta and Babita in the sport of wrestling. Geeta won India’s first-ever gold medal in wrestling at the Commonwealth Games in 2010.
Aamir Khan’s six pack body for Ghajini was much-talked about topic during that time. He worked hard to get the chiselled look for the movie. And now he has successfully got a pot bellied look for Dangal.
He enjoyed the phase where he had to gain weight and gorged on vada pav, samosas and chocolates. However, the extra weight affected his physical movement, said Aamir.
The film is set to release on 23 December.
